Ayo. A. Akinmoladun is a trained Architect with over 22 years of professional work experience in Architecture, Construction and Project Management. His experience cuts across Residential, Institutional/Commercial and Religious projects.

He attended the popular Government College Ibadan and holds Higher National Diploma  in Architecture from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology Lagos and MSC in Housing Development and Management from The University of Ibadan. Ayo is an associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects.

While working with Dimfal Associates Nigeria Limited in Ibadan, a firm of Architects as a young Architect, he was the project  Architect for the Calabar Export Processing Zones (EPZ), Ondo State Afforestation Project, Lisagbede, Ondo State and several NITEL Projects including the staff residential Estate in Abuja.  He also worked with Aluminum Manufacturing Company of Nigeria PLC (ALUMACO PLC) Apapa as Project Manager coldroom and building components.

He later established LEVITES PRACTECO NIGERIA LIMITED a firm of Architects, Builders and Project Manager as the Managing Director in 2006.   While in ALUMACO PLC, Ayo attended several managerial courses on building Components, Cold storage, Supply Chain and a number of building material exhibitions and seminars.

He has successfully managed the rebranding of 35 Mr Biggs Restaurants, a division of UAC across Nigeria, construction of Saphire Gardens Estate, Awoyaya Lagos and Elegant Court Estate, Ajah Lagos. He also took part in the layout design of Golden leaves Estate, Okun Ajah Lagos and Construction of Maccido Royal Estate around Galadimawa  Abuja.

In 2015, Ayo joined Advent Integrated Services Limited as Project Director.
