The Project is located along Abere-Ede Road off the Gbogan-Osogbo Road. Within proximity from the location is the Golf Course of the Osun State Hotel and adjacent to that is the Osun State Secretariat. It is quadrangular in shape with a gentle gradient.
The site is approximately thirty (30) hectares in size and is to accommodate various housing units totaling five hundred (500) units comprising of two, three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached homes in the following mix:
The Project is in partnership with the Osun State Government represented by the OMOLUABI Holdings (formerly Osun state Investment Company Limited – OSICOL).
The Site is strategically located at a serene town of Epe in Lagos, a 10min walking distance within close proximity to the Catholic Diocese owned Augustine University, Ilara and Lagos State Model College.
It is about 10 minutes drive from the town center and less than 50 minutes from Victoria Island.
The proposed site is approximately about 5.23 hectares in size and is expected to accommodate 100 units of 3- Bedroom Bungalow.
The 3 bedroom bungalow covers a space of 139m2 occupying a plot size of 300m2.
The accommodation primarily consist of 4 bed cluster units with shared living/kitchen space on four floors. A facility shall be provided as required to maximise the efficiency of the building footprints. There is a requirement for communal social space within the new accommodation.
The project development is on a Public Private Partnership with Lagos State University for a period of thirty (30) year tenure.
