GOKE DOKUN – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Goke is a consummate entrepreneur and has been involved in start-up businesses and growing them to become viable enterprises. A mechanical engineering graduate with a wealth of experience in IT solutions and event management both in UK and Nigeria.

In 2015, Goke Co-founded Advent Integrated Services Limited an EPC company with focus on development in the affordable real estate sector (mainly housing and hostel development).

In 2012, he led a private sector initiative for the first time in Olympic history in partnership with Pixcom of France to organize the Africa Village expo at the Kensington Gardens in London to promote Africa tourism and culture during the Olympics in London. A first of its kind in the Olympic movement and it attracted over 80, 000 people in 10days.

Goke at various times has worked as country representative and consultant to the Commonwealth Business Council in facilitating investment promotion for various projects especially Independent Power Project (IPP) and solar power street lighting in Nigeria between 2008 to 2011.

In 2006, he set up Inspire Media Production Company in 2007 where he developed and produced advertiser funded TV programmes like the ‘Creative Academii’ in partnership with Cross River State Government and First Bank Nigeria Plc, the acclaimed Business TV program ‘The Entrepreneur’ which has given over $160,000 to Nigerian entrepreneurs with unique and innovative ideas as grants and the 45-episode Olympic Trail TV with the Nigeria Olympic Committee.

In 2004, he co-founded Qhost Webs, an innovative web solutions company with specialty in software/web development and media streaming technology setting up then Nigeria’s first commercial online station, the RadiolagosEKOFM online radio station. They were amongst the early pioneers of e-registration web portals in Nigeria education sector.

Prior to been an entrepreneur, Goke has work experiences with Shell Petroleum Development Company in 1992 as Trainee Production Engineer, Tafotech Quarries and Group in 1998 as Assistant Maintenance Engineer, ExxonMobil Producing Unlimited in 1999 as Trainee Facilities Engineer, Bourne Leisure Group Hertfordshire UK in 2002 and Tilda UK in 2003.

OLU OLUGBAMILA – DIRECTOR (FINANCE)

Olu is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He attended the prestigious Yaba College of Technology where he obtained HND (Accountancy) Upper Credit in 1988.

Olu has over 30 years post qualification experience spanning Audit, Management Consulting, Finance and the Construction Industry. He has had the privilege of working in G. Cappa Plc and JKN Limited as General Manager (Finance & Admin) both major players in the Construction Industry and Engineering Services sector respectively for a cumulative period of more than a decade.

Olu has also been a Non-Executive Director of Snow Microfinance Bank Limited since its inception in 2008. He has served in every major Board Committee including Credit & Risk Management, IT and Audit.

He was also a Council Member of the Federation of Construction Industry (FOCI) from 2016 to 2018. He brings to the table in his work unparalleled industry knowledge in Management Consulting, Financial & Project Management, Construction and Engineering Services.

Upon assumption of duties at JKN Limited, he initially provided turnaround management successfully in the first year where he provided total back-end operations support to the Projects Department: Budgeting, Treasury Management, Management Information System, Internal & Statutory Audit, Finance, Administration, Purchasing, Logistics and Commercial Services.

While he was at G. Cappa, he restructured the company, generated funds, renegotiated debts and got the moribund company running again.

TUNDE OLADITI – HEAD (PROJECTS) 

Tunde was educated at The Polytechnic Ibadan and the Lagos State University where he obtained HND in Civil Engineering, PGD in Financial Management and Advance Diploma in Project Management.

He attended various courses and seminars in and outside Nigeria on building constructions and civil Engineering works. He worked with AT&TA construction as one of the pioneering Engineers as a site Engineer. He was responsible for Designs and felid supervision.

He also worked with Fitts Associates Ltd as Project Assistant, Project Engineer and Project Co-coordinator respectively.

Tunde has extensive experience in Building Design, Construction and Renovation, Interior finishes, Consultancy Services and Construction Management. He has been involved in projects across the country carried out for private and public clients, including leading banks, airlines and telecommunications companies such as Oceanic Bank, FinBank, Sterling bank, Skye back. Arik Air Airport offices, MTN and GLO base stations. Jacob mews project, Ilu-birin housing project etc.

He has delivered core engineering services for variety of project such as Multistorey Office Block, Hotel, Complex, Hospital Complex, Housing Estate, Banks and Warehouse/Factory.

MAYOWA OSHINLOYE – PROJECT MANAGER

Mayowa is a Project Management and Value Engineering Professional with several years of experience in the construction industry, a background in structural engineering and project management.

He possesses excellent organizational and communication skills and is capable of building relationships between stakeholders and in dealing with all level of management. He offers practical resolution to problems, organized and efficient with a reputation of integrity and ethical values.  He has innate ability to take all the elements of a project and rapidly discern the best way for all the elements of the project to work together.

He is experienced in Structural Engineering,             Infrastructure Design/Management, Quality Control & Assurance, Process and Performance Improvement, Strategic Planning and Operations.

Mayowa has an OND (Structural Engineering) from Federal Polytechnic Ado – Ekiti, HND Structural Engineering with Upper credit from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos and an MSc., Project Management with Merit from the

University of Liverpool, UK.

He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University Senior Management Program (SMP71).

OLUSEGUN OLAIFA – QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Olusegun is an experienced Quantity Surveyor (both in civil and domestic project) with difference experience on cost control, cost analysis, budgeting, procurement, approximate/preliminary estimate, preparation of details BOQ and analysis of cost tender and report, valuing of completed work and arranging for payment, conducting feasibility and viability analysis, preparation of materials and labour schedule.

Olusegun has OND in Quantity Surveying from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

Olusegun is a member of the followings registered bodies, MNIQ (member Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors), RQS (Register Quantity Surveyor) with Quantity Surveyor Registration board of Nigeria (QSRBN).

Olusegun is a registered Quantity Surveyor and cost analysis with several years of experience in construction industry, and works with the Lagos state government.

OLAORE GBEMISOLA ADENIYI – CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Olaore is a civil engineer with 25+ years of post-qualification experience. He graduated from the Polytechnic, Ibadan where he obtained a HND in civil engineering.

Olaore is capable of working independently and committed to providing high quality service to every project with a focus on health, safety and environmental issues. He has worked with G.Cappa Plc, Victoria Contractor Limited, Sanusi Building & Contractor Limited and many more

Some of his major projects include MTN Office at Ikoyi, UBA Bank redeem camp, Ibadan, Jide Williams House at Ajah, ten (10) storeys building at Glover road etc.

CLEMENT OLANIYI AYEGBUSI – ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

Clement Ayegbusi is a registered Professional Engineer with years of experience in the built environment and engineering construction industry. His industry experience spans both consulting and contracting subsectors of the industry in Nigeria.

Clement holds a Master of Science (MSc) from University of Lagos (2014), Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from University of Port-Harcourt (2010), and Higher National Diploma (HND) from Yaba College of Technology (2005) all in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

He began his engineering career in 2006 and had since garnered experience in all value chains of the built environment; Design and Consulting, Contracting, Commissioning and Hand-Over, Maintenance, Facility Management, Energy Estimations, Audit and Sustainability. Clement is a registered engineer with Council for regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with registration number R29, 542, corporate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, IET (formerly IEE), UK.

He is member of many science and engineering societies’ online portals and participates in several Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Webinars such as Lighting, Sustainability, BS 7671 Amendments, Smart Homes, Energy Management, on-site Power Generation etc.

He also attends training and conferences home and abroad in order to keep up to date with trends in engineering design solutions.

DAMOLA OLORUNISOLA – MECHANICAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

Damola Olorunisola is a professional engineer with wealth of experience in mechanical and piping systems. His experience spans consulting and contracting sectors of the construction industry in Nigeria and he had been part of numerous projects around the country.

Damola is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin and a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. His area of specializations includes Heating, Ventilations and Air Conditioning, Fire Protection, Public Health Engineering (Drainage and Water Supply Systems), Costing and Value Engineering.

Damola is COREN certified with registration number R31, 472. He is a corporate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) among many other professional societies and attends conferences and seminars at home and abroad to stay abreast of trends in the industry.

ABRAHAM HAMMED DISU – ACCOUNTANT

Abraham Disu is a clever finance, accounting, investment and business strategy professional with over 10 years work experience in Manufacturing, Hospitality and Constructions.

Abraham has a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State with a class of Distinction.

He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and has received extensive training from the institute on effective finance and accounting operation management amongst others.

Abraham has worked as an Accountant in Global Light Books Limited, Construction Kaiser Limited and M&E Kaiser Limited.

BUNMI AKINOLA – PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Mrs Bunmi Akinola is a professional procurement officer with over four years in procuring for construction companies.

She studied for her first degree at the Federal university of Agriculture, Abeokuta and went ahead to join the Chartered institute of purchasing and supply chain management Nigeria (CIPSMN).

Bunmi has worked in Danzinger Nigeria Limited, Stargate Construction Limited and now Advent Integrated Services Limited.

KATHERINE USEH – BUSINESS MANAGER

Katherine Valentina Useh is the Executive Assistant/Business Manager to the Managing Director/CEO. She has vast experience in Business Development, Retail and Corporate sales with prior experience with MTN, Smile Communications and Century 21 Mall (owners of Mega Plaza).

Katherine has deft touch for developing, building, managing and growing customer base and she brings to bear her divers experience from the telecommunication, supply chain, and most recently construction.

Katherine is a graduate of Mass Communication from the prestigious University of Lagos.

BOLANLE ONILUDE – BUSINESS/PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Bolanle Onilude is a graduate of University of Ilorin with a background in Geography & Environmental Management.

Upon graduation, she joined Regal Packaging as a graduate trainee and had since garnered experience in business research & opportunities, management and quality control.

Bolanle joined Advent in 2020 where she is currently the Business/Project Development Officer.

MOROUNKEJI ADEJIMI – SITE SUPERVISOR

Morounkeji has been actively involved within the construction industry for over seven (7) years and the six (6) previous years have been spent on various supervisory positions.

He has a verifiable track record for the successful completion of major projects through supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality services to fit the clients need.

Prior to this, Morounkeji worked as a House Manager for the Reform Club in London. He later joined the Grandsol Geotechnics as the Project Manager where he supervised and managed many projects including the Piling project at Ilubirin, Lagos.

Morounkeji has a Diploma in both Accounting and Tourism, Hotel & Hospitality. He subsequently obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

In 2017, he joined Advent as the Site Manager/Supervisor.
