GOKE DOKUN – MANAGING DIRECTOR / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Goke is a consummate entrepreneur and has been involved in start-up businesses and growing them to become viable enterprises. A mechanical engineering graduate with a wealth of experience in IT solutions and event management both in UK and Nigeria. In 2015, Goke Co-founded Advent Integrated Services Limited.

In 2012, he led a private sector initiative for the first time in Olympic history in partnership with Pixcom of France to organize the Africa Village expo at the Kensington Gardens in London to promote Africa Trade, Tourism and Culture during the Olympics in London. A first of its kind in the Olympic movement and it attracted over 80, 000 people in 10days.

Goke at various times, between 2007 – 2011 worked as country representative and consultant to the Commonwealth Business Council at the Headquarters in London to facilitate investment for various projects especially Independent Power Project (IPP) and solar power street lighting in Nigeria and Sierra Leone.

In 2006, he set up Inspire Media Production Company where he developed and produced advertiser funded TV programmes like the ‘Creative Academii’ in partnership with Cross River State Government and First Bank Nigeria Plc, the acclaimed Business TV program ‘The Entrepreneur’ which has given over $160,000 to over Twenty – six (26) Nigerian entrepreneurs with unique and innovative ideas as grants and the 45-episode Olympic Trail TV with the Nigeria Olympic Committee during the London 2012 Olympics.

He started his entrepreneurial journey in 2004 when he co-founded Qhost Webs, an innovative web solutions company with specialty in software/web development and media streaming technology setting up then Nigeria’s first commercial online station, the Radiolagos, EKOFM online radio station. They were amongst the early pioneers of e-registration web portals in Nigeria education sector.

Prior to starting his entrepreneurial adventure, Goke had work experiences with Shell Petroleum Development Company in 1993 as Trainee Production Engineer, Tafotech Quarries in 1998 as Assistant Maintenance Engineer, ExxonMobil Producing Unlimited in 1999 as Trainee Facilities Engineer, Bourne Leisure Group Hertfordshire UK in 2002 and Tilda UK in 2003.

OLU OLUGBAMILA – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS 

Olu is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He attended the prestigious Yaba College of Technology where he obtained HND (Accountancy) Upper Credit in 1988.

Olu has over 38 years post qualification experience spanning Audit, Management Consulting, Finance and the Construction Industry. He has had the privilege of working in G. Cappa Plc and JKN Limited as General Manager (Finance & Admin) both major players in the Construction Industry and Engineering Services sector respectively for a cumulative period of more than a decade.

Olu has also been a Non-Executive Director of Snow Microfinance Bank Limited since its inception in 2008. He has served in every major Board Committee including Credit & Risk Management, IT and Audit.
He was also a Council Member of the Federation of Construction Industry (FOCI) from 2016 to 2018. He brings to the table in his work unparalleled industry knowledge in Management Consulting, Financial & Project Management, Construction and Engineering Services.

Upon assumption of duties at JKN Limited, he initially provided turnaround management successfully in the first year where he provided total back-end operations support to the Projects Department: Budgeting, Treasury Management, Management Information System, Internal & Statutory Audit, Finance, Administration, Purchasing, Logistics and Commercial Services.
While he was at G. Cappa, he restructured the company, generated funds, renegotiated debts and got the moribund company running again.

KATHERINE USEH – GROUP GENERAL MANAGER 

Katherine is a seasoned corporate professional with over 11 years’ experience across business operations, retail, and corporate sales. She currently serves as Head of Corporate Services and Administration, overseeing the organisation’s administrative operations and ensuring smooth coordination across corporate and support functions.

She works closely with HR consultants and legal advisers on recruitment, governance, and the incorporation and management of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Katherine also coordinates management and board meetings, preparing accurate professional minutes and supporting strong corporate governance practices.

She holds a degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos and is known for her structured, detail-driven, and people-focused approach, as well as her strength in relationship management and operational excellence.

ABRAHAM DISU – GDGM/HEAD OF ACCOUNTS

Abraham is a finance, accounting, investment, and business strategy professional with over 23 years of experience in manufacturing, hospitality, and construction.

He holds a HND in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, and is a Chartered Accountant. He has worked as an accountant at Global Light Books Limited, Construction Kaiser Limited and M&E Kaiser Limited.

MOROUNKEJI ADEJIMI – GDGM/HEAD, LOGISTICS, SECURITY & EXTERNAL AFFAIRS

Morounkeji has been actively involved within the construction industry for over twelve (12) years and the ten (10) previous years have been spent on various supervisory positions.

He has a verifiable track record for the successful completion of major projects through supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality services to fit the clients need.

Prior to this, Morounkeji worked as a House Manager for the Reform Club in London. He later joined the Grandsol Geotechnics as the Project Manager where he supervised and managed many projects including the Piling project at Ilubirin, Lagos.

Morounkeji has a Diploma in both Accounting and Tourism, Hotel & Hospitality. He subsequently obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

In 2020, he joined Advent where he is currently the head of operations and logistics.

BOLANLE ONILUDE – GDGM/HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Bolanle Onilude has over seven (7) years’ experience and is a graduate of University of Ilorin with a background in Geography & Environmental Management. She has experience in idea creation and generation, identifying public tender opportunities, responding to ITT’s and RFQs and liaising with the Technical, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance teams on bid/deal origination.

MAYOWA OSHINLOYE – LEAD TECHNICAL ADVISOR

Mayowa is a Project Management and Value Engineering Professional with several years of experience in the construction industry, a background in structural engineering and project management.

He possesses excellent organizational and communication skills and is capable of building relationships between stakeholders and in dealing with all level of management. He offers practical resolution to problems, organized and efficient with a reputation of integrity and ethical values.  He has innate ability to take all the elements of a project and rapidly discern the best way for all the elements of the project to work together.

He is experienced in Structural Engineering,             Infrastructure Design/Management, Quality Control & Assurance, Process and Performance Improvement, Strategic Planning and Operations.

Mayowa has an OND (Structural Engineering) from Federal Polytechnic Ado – Ekiti, HND Structural Engineering with Upper credit from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos and an MSc., Project Management with Merit from the

University of Liverpool, UK.

He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University Senior Management Program (SMP71).

AHMED ABDULGANIYU – HEAD OF COMPLIANCE 

Ahmed is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with experience in project management, GIS, highway engineering, and structural design. He holds an upper credit from Kwara State Polytechnic and a B.Eng. from Kwara State University. Ahmed has been involved in significant projects across Nigeria most especially in the Northern and Western regions of the Country.

IFEDAPO OSOSAN – SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR 

Ifedapo Ososan is an expert Quantity Surveyor with five (5) years of experience in the construction industry, with professional exposure across civil engineering and building projects. He has demonstrated expertise in cost management, budgeting, cost control and analysis, procurement, tendering, and project commercial management.

His professional experience includes the preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), preliminary and approximate estimates, tender and cost analyses, valuation of completed works, payment certification and documentation, feasibility and viability studies, and the preparation of material and labour schedules. He is also experienced in monitoring project expenditure and supporting effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Ifedapo holds an Upper Credit in National Diploma (ND) and a Distinction in Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State.

He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS) and is committed to maintaining professional standards and delivering value through accurate measurement, effective cost management, and sound commercial decision-making.

With a strong combination of technical knowledge and practical industry experience, Ifedapo brings a structured and detail-oriented approach to quantity surveying, project cost management, procurement, and commercial administration.

CLEMENT OLANIYI AYEGBUSI – ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

Clement Ayegbusi is a registered Professional Engineer with years of experience in the built environment and engineering construction industry. His industry experience spans both consulting and contracting subsectors of the industry in Nigeria.

Clement holds a Master of Science (MSc) from University of Lagos (2014), Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from University of Port-Harcourt (2010), and Higher National Diploma (HND) from Yaba College of Technology (2005) all in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

He began his engineering career in 2006 and had since garnered experience in all value chains of the built environment; Design and Consulting, Contracting, Commissioning and Hand-Over, Maintenance, Facility Management, Energy Estimations, Audit and Sustainability. Clement is a registered engineer with Council for regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with registration number R29, 542, corporate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, IET (formerly IEE), UK.

He is member of many science and engineering societies’ online portals and participates in several Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Webinars such as Lighting, Sustainability, BS 7671 Amendments, Smart Homes, Energy Management, on-site Power Generation etc.

He also attends training and conferences home and abroad in order to keep up to date with trends in engineering design solutions.

DAMOLA OLORUNISOLA – MECHANICAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

Damola Olorunisola is a professional engineer with wealth of experience in mechanical and piping systems. His experience spans consulting and contracting sectors of the construction industry in Nigeria and he had been part of numerous projects around the country.

Damola is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin and a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. His area of specializations includes Heating, Ventilations and Air Conditioning, Fire Protection, Public Health Engineering (Drainage and Water Supply Systems), Costing and Value Engineering.

Damola is COREN certified with registration number R31, 472. He is a corporate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) among many other professional societies and attends conferences and seminars at home and abroad to stay abreast of trends in the industry.

TOLULOPE OGUNLAJA – DESIGN ARCHITECT

Tolulope is a skilled architect with a solid educational foundation, holding a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Caleb University, Lagos, along with a diploma in Practical Interior Design.

He has gained over eight (8) experience, developing expertise in schematic design, construction documentation, and presentation through roles with the Ministry of Works and Housing in Abeokuta, Design & Construct Associates, and as a Junior Architect at Terra Developers Limited.

TOLULOPE AKANDE – RESEARCH & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE

Tolulope is an organized and reliable professional who enjoys working with teams, keeping things on track, and turning ideas into action. She focuses on clear communication, follow-through, and making sure plans actually get done.

OYINDAMOLA KOLADE – ACCOUNTING TRAINEE 

Oyindamola is an Accounting Intern with hands-on experience in financial record-keeping, budgeting support, and basic accounting operations.

She has supported finance teams across multiple organizations, assisting with daily activities, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate transaction records. With over one year of internship and volunteer experience in accounting and finance roles, she brings strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools.

Oyindamola holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Adeleke University, Ede, and has completed the ICAN Foundation level, reflecting her commitment to a professional career in accounting and finance.

ADEBOLA ABIODUN ADESANWO – FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR 

Adebola is adapt at streamlining administrative processes with years of experience of providing general administrative and team support. She joined Advent in 2022 as the Office Assistant.
